Could have easily been a 5 star. The buying experience was great. 5 star. After having the bike for a month I saw that a screw had come out of the fairing so I wdnt to get another one to replace the lost one. You didn't have one in stock so your parts guy ordered one. I picked up 2 quarts of oil and a filter at the same time. I was over charged for the oil and filter to which I returned and it was correct. After checking the bike over alot of the screws were loose. Something I would have thought service would have checked on the dealer prep. Just not what I would expect on a brand new bike from a reputable dealer.
